It is important to take care of your teeth by brushing, flossing, and rinsing regularly. Brushing at least twice a day and flossing at night will dramatically reduce the amount of plaque that sticks to your teeth. Make sure to brush your teeth for at least two minutes-some kids find it helpful to use a timer and brush, brush, brush until time is up!
